Oh Christmas Tree...I loogie on your branches

Picture this......(it should be pretty easy as it looked just like the picture to the left) snow on the ground and acres of trees....the sounds of laughing children and excited parents...the moon just barely visable and a bonfire in the distance mingling it's smoke with the heavy sent of pine. I tell you it wouldn't have been any more perfect if it were the Hallmark movie of the week.......then, in the distance....what's that? Is someone crying? No......I heard something else.....it sounded like hhhoooorrrcccchhh-ttthhheeewww! Ok now I hear the crying.
Wait here comes someone.......she looks pretty upset. And look at that dad standing there with the saw.........he looks pretty frustrated...maybe we better go get the saw....
"Ma'am, is everything ok?" "Not really" "Where are you going?" "To the car" "It sounds like someone is crying...are you sure you're ok?" " That's my son. He's crying because I am on my way back to the car. I am on my way back to the car because his sister spit on the tree." "Did you say she spit on the tree?" "Yes, she spit on the tree.....she said it was too prickley. It is beautiful out here isn't it? The perfect day to cut down a tree. Not a prickley one however, ohhh no! Those trees are trouble. The slashing and the blood....you can't have that! Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas tree, la la la la la la la"
"Let her go...she'll be ok...
